Beginner canoe workshop for girls who have completed 4th grade and older. Girls will learn basic canoe skills including safety, parts of a paddle/canoe, strokes, tipping a canoe & getting back in safely and then practicing their skills in the afternoon. Once registered, an email will be sent out with further details and a list of items to bring (e.g. bathing suit, sack lunch, water bottle...). Deadline to register is May 14.
