Ouachita RiverFest is a big Downtown West Monroe celebration with family-friendly fun all weekend-live music, food, artisan vendors/makers, duck races/duck drop, and a Kids Zone 🎡🦆🎨 It's outdoors and great for mixed ages (plan comfy shoes + water!). Council staff will not be in attendance.
