Celebrate Girl Scouts Love State Parks with us at beautiful Lake Bistineau State Park! This special event invites Girl Scouts of all ages to explore the outdoors, learn about Louisiana's unique ecosystems, and enjoy a day of adventure in nature.
Participants can look forward to a variety of outdoor experiences designed to inspire curiosity, build confidence, and foster a lifelong appreciation for the natural world. Activities will include nature exploration, environmental education, outdoor skills, and wildlife discovery.
Whether your Girl Scout is an experienced outdoor enthusiast or just beginning her journey in nature, this event offers a fun and meaningful way to connect with the outdoors while making memories with new and old friends.
Please dress appropriately for the weather and outdoor activities, including comfortable walking shoes. Participants are encouraged to wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day. Food will not be provided, so please plan accordingly.
