The Art is Therapy Festival is free and open to the public on Saturday, April 26, at the Monroe Downtown River Market.
Northeast Delta Human Services Authority's Prevention & Wellness department is hosting an "Art Is Therapy Festival" as part of the agency's Arts As Medicine Initiative.
The festival will feature:
- Music by MAIN EVENT | The Melters to Open
- Carolyn's Dance Land feat. Cold Fire
- Art vendors (for purchases)
- Art activities with vendors such as painting and craft making (Free)
- Yoga Stretch with Stretch & Vibe (Free)
- Herbal teas and Kona-ice (Free)
- Health fair (Free)
- Food trucks (for purchase)
- Karaoke (Free)
Come out and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon at the Rivermarket with music, food, and crafts, while learning how to use the arts as therapy!
