Since its humble beginnings in 1984, this festival has grown into one of Louisiana's premier celebrations of culture, cuisine, and music. With two stages hosting twenty eight bands, you'll be dancing to the rhythms of country, pop, blues, and the finest zydeco tunes this side of the bayou. But cher, it ain't just about the music! Feast on plenty of boiled crawfish and cold beverages, and test your appetite in the crawfish eating contests. Bring the little ones to the 'Kids on the Bayou' children's area for family-friendly fun. With food and art/craft vendors galore, there's somethin' for everyone to enjoy.
Admission is $10 per person, or grab a three-day pass for just $15. Enjoy free entry until 5:00 PM on Friday, May 22, and children under 12 get in free. Plus, our military heroes receive free admission all weekend long. Free parking is available at U-Haul, 222 Spring St., with handicap parking at the RiverView Hall Lot.
