Patch programs provide Girl Scouts an opportunity to enjoy a variety of activities while earning a fun patch.  Most patch programs are available to Girl Scouts of all grade levels, and some will list different requirements to complete the patch, depending on grade level.

These programs can extend over multiple troop meetings or be done individually, and will cover a variety of subjects, such as healthy living, STEM, community service and Girl Scout History. Completing patch programs will help your troop along their Journey, and may satisfy requirements for certain badges.

Girl Scouts and non-Girl Scouts are encouraged to participate!

Free Being Me

All around the world, young people – especially girls and young women – struggle with self-esteem as a result of low body confidence. We are constantly told to achieve an impossibly ‘perfect’ look based on society’s unreachable beauty standards. The impact of all this pressure has serious consequences on our physical and mental health, and holds us back from achieving our full potential.

This patch program is designed to recognize and challenge these global beauty pressures, grow body confidence, and ultimately become an unstoppable force for change.

Complete the activities based on your Girl Scout level and receive a FREE Free Being Me patch while supplies last.

Join the self esteem revolution!
