Jan 8 | Digital Phase Begins

Jan 8 | Initial Order Phase Begins

Jan 21 - 24 | Round 1 of Cookie Booth Sign-ups Opens 4pm (6 per troop/only 2 Premium)

Jan 25 | Initial Order Entry Deadline for Cookies/Rewards: TCM’s Locked Out at 11:59 pm

Jan 27 | Initial Order Entry Deadline for Cookies: SUCM Locked Out at 11:59 pm

Feb 1-2 | Round 2 of Cookie Booth Sign-ups Opens at 4pm (6 per troop/only 2 Premium)

Feb 8-9 | Round 3 of Cookie Booth Sign-ups Opens at 4pm (6 per troop/only 2 Premium)

Feb 12-18 | Cookie Delivery Initial Order Pickup (each area will have a different date/loc.)

Feb 15-16 | Round 4 of Cookie Booth Sign-ups Opens at 4pm (6 per troop/only 2 Premium)

Feb 18 | Cookie Booth Sign-ups Open at 4pm (unlimited, no more than 2 consecutive Premium spots)

Feb 19 | Cookie Cupboards Open

Feb 19 | Booth Sales Begin

Feb 19-21 | National Cookie Weekend

March 3 | ACH Shortage Form Due by 12 noon

March 4 | 1st ACH Draft (50% of Initial Order minus DOC payments)

March 8 | Last Day for Girl Delivery Orders in DOC

March 13 | Cookie Cupboards Close

March 14 | Cookie Sale Ends

March 17 | Troop Deadline to Allocate Cookies and Payments by 11:59

March 17 | ACH Shortage Form Due by 12 noon (check Smart Cookies for balance due to council)

March 18 | Final ACH Due to Council for Remaining Balance

March 19 | Troop Deadline to Submit Final Rewards by 11:59 p.m.

This hub will be for volunteers only and contains information that only Volunteers will need. Because it is exclusively for Volunteers it requires verification to join.

Cookie Rookie - Prerequisite for Troop Cookie Managers

This virtual training is designed for 1st or 2nd year Troop Leaders/Troop Cookie Managers.

NOTE: Cookie Managers must attend ONE of these trainings before attending the In-person training in December.

Volunteer Cookie Training - Required for Troop Cookie Managers

This in-person training will include a taste test of the new cookie, Sparkables! You'll also have a chance to win a cute Bark Box Patch Pals door prize!

NOTE: Are you a Troop Leader that has a Troop Cookie Manager? You are welcome at this training but not required to attend.
